Recently, we dove into the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ 2025 HHS Strategic Plan for the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Health, Human Services, and Public Health, and it left us inspired. While comprehensive, it is also deeply practical—and, as we read through it, several key themes stood out to us as especially relevant for today’s healthcare landscape.

The potential to automate administrative tasks—like billing and coding—was another highlight for us. This could be a game-changer in reducing burnout among healthcare providers.
For Payers
